Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar, packed
Juice of ½ a lemon
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ onion, grated
1 Tbsp spice rub from Smoked Pork
½ cup water
Process
Combine all the ingredients into a pan and cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Transfer to a squeeze bottle for easy distribution.
