Garlic Herb Yogurt Dip

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp /coarse kosher salt

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1.5 C whole milk plain yogurt

  • black pepper

Process

  1. Add the rosemary, thyme, and salt to a mortar and pestle and grind to a paste/seasoned salt.

  2. Add the garlic and grind to a paste

  3. In a separate container, zest the half a lemon, then juice it in. Add the yogurt and garlic paste, mix until combined.

  4. Season to taste with black pepper and additional salt.
