Garlic Herb Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp fresh rosemary
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp /coarse kosher salt
1/2 lemon
1.5 C whole milk plain yogurt
black pepper
Process
Add the rosemary, thyme, and salt to a mortar and pestle and grind to a paste/seasoned salt.
Add the garlic and grind to a paste
In a separate container, zest the half a lemon, then juice it in. Add the yogurt and garlic paste, mix until combined.
Season to taste with black pepper and additional salt.
